An optional module that enables remote isolation of an HIU through the M-Bus network. 

It is installed within the Multical 403 or 603. When payment default is flagged up by the monitoring software, a ‘close’ signal is sent via M-Bus to the Thermal Disconnect module in question. In turn, this generates a 24v signal to the actuating solenoid of the HIU heating shut-off valve, to stop heating supply pending resolution of payment issues.
